Cookie Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2026

1. About this Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how WW Travel Solutions — the operator of the TransMov platform ("we," "our," "us") — uses cookies and similar technologies on:

  • The TransMov marketing website at transmov.com
  • The TransMov application at app.transmov.com (and customer sub-domains)
  • Embedded forms we provide to customer organizations

For a full explanation of how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit — to keep you signed in, remember preferences, or measure how the site is used. Cookies can be set either by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by a third party whose content the site embeds (third-party).

In addition to classic cookies, modern websites use related technologies — such as localStorage and sessionStorage, pixels, and device or session identifiers. This Policy treats all of these as "cookies" for convenience.

3. Categories of cookies we use

Under EEA and UK law (the ePrivacy Directive as nationally implemented, together with GDPR / UK GDPR), cookies that are not strictly necessary require opt-in consent before they are set. Under California law (CCPA / CPRA), you have a right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share your data, but we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

3.1 Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the site and the application to function. Cannot be switched off. Without them, you cannot sign in, submit forms, or use the platform securely.

Legal basis: no consent required, under the ePrivacy strictly-necessary exemption.

3.2 Functional

Remember your preferences (a collapsed sidebar, a language selection, saved filter state) to give you a more personalized experience. Not required for the site to function.

Legal basis: in the EEA and UK, consent via our cookie banner. Elsewhere, legitimate interests, with browser-settings opt-out.

3.3 Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the marketing website (transmov.com) — which pages are most visited, which content converts, where to focus. We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose, on the marketing website only. Analytics cookies are not loaded in the application at app.transmov.com.

Legal basis: in the EEA and UK, opt-in consent via our cookie banner. In the US, opt-out (honored via cookie-banner preference and via GPC).

3.4 Cookies we do not use

  • Advertising, retargeting, or marketing cookies
  • Social-media tracking pixels (no Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, X/Twitter pixel, TikTok pixel)
  • Cross-site tracking cookies
  • Data-broker or identity-resolution cookies
  • Cookies set by AI or large-language-model services

4. Specific cookies — reference

_ga_<stream-id>AnalyticsSession and engagement tracking (Google Analytics)13 months

Additional technical entries may be set by Next.js and Vercel for security and routing (for example, deployment-specific routing cookies). These are strictly necessary and are not used for analytics or advertising.

4.2 Application (app.transmov.com)

Cookie / storageCategoryPurposeDuration

sb-<project>-refresh-tokenStrictly necessaryRefreshes your sessionUp to 30 days, rolling

We do not run Google Analytics or any third-party analytics in the application beyond what is listed above.

4.3 Embedded forms

Embedded forms (partner-onboarding, passenger booking, etc.) that render on a third-party website only set cookies strictly necessary for the form to function (e.g., a CSRF token and form-state storage). We do not set analytics or marketing cookies through embedded forms.

5. Google Analytics 4 on the marketing website

On the marketing website (transmov.com), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behavior. Google acts as our processor for this data; the relationship is governed by the Google Analytics terms and the standard data-processing amendment.

  • What we share with Google: a pseudonymous identifier, page-view events, link-click events, form-submission events, UTM parameters, approximate location derived from IP, and device/browser metadata
  • IP anonymization: enabled
  • Advertising features / Google Signals: not enabled
  • Optional data-sharing with Google products: not enabled
  • Retention: 14 months
  • Data residency: multi-region, with the 2021 EU SCCs and a Transfer Impact Assessment applicable to EEA-to-US transfers

Google's own privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. How to manage your preferences

6.1 Our cookie banner

When you first visit transmov.com from the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or other opt-in regions, you will see a cookie banner allowing you to:

  • Accept all cookies (strictly necessary + functional + analytics)
  • Reject non-essential cookies (keep only strictly necessary)
  • Customize — choose which categories to accept

From the US and other opt-out jurisdictions, the banner shows what is set and provides an opt-out for non-essential categories. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for analytics cookies.

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie preferences link in the footer of transmov.com.

6.2 Your browser settings

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the TransMov application.

6.3 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no industry consensus on the interpretation of Do Not Track; we do not treat it as a formal opt-out. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of analytics cookies where US state privacy laws apply.

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Policy — for example, if we add or remove a cookie, change a retention period, or add a category. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you through a banner or in-product notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acknowledgement.
